The Department of Central Services has been given the statutory responsibility to oversee design and construction contracts for public projects in order to protect the health, safety and welfare of the citizens of Oklahoma. The Construction and Properties Division of the Department of Central Services, consisting of Licensed Architects and contract managers, will be participating in the creation of this historic structure. A full-time project construction observer has been assigned to the project and will be observing the construction daily to verify the quality of construction and to ensure the accuracy of the documentation of the work. We are excited about the quality level of the design-build team and we are confident that a truly remarkable structure will be built for future Oklahomans to experience and enjoy.
