Capitol Dome Mural Painters - Includes Faculty and Students from the Department of Art, College of Arts, Media & Design, University of Central Oklahoma (UCO), and Dr. Bob Palmer, Chairman.

UCO Students, under the direction of Dr. Bob Palmer, painted a series of murals on the four barrier walls that have been erected around the rotunda. Dr. Palmer and 12 UCO students began the Capitol project on June 13, and completed in approximately two weeks. The mural assignment was to "give the illusion that the walls aren't even there."
